山梨県甲府市にて1964年創業
支那そばを全国で初めて復元した発祥の店 |
ゴールデンウィーク初日。昼12時過ぎ。
待ち時間、約30分。席数多く回転もよし。
ゴールデンウィークでも苦なく食べられる人気店。
支那そばはワンタン、チューシュー麺。
ごはんものは、炒飯。
あと餃子を2人でシェア。
まず、餃子が3分くらいで到着。
素晴らしいオペ。
美味しい、旨味の強いタレに驚く。
皮はもちもち。あんもずっしり。
炒飯も5分以内。評判通り美味しい。
ただ、化学調味料の旨味を強く感じました。
最後にワンタン麺、チャーシュー麺。
炒飯や餃子の旨味に比べると弱く感じたが、
支那そばスープは上品な煮干しを感じた。
ここは、中華一品料理もラインナップされていて、町中華の美味しい店という一面あり。
今回は中華一品料理には至らなかったけど、ポテンシャル高そう。正直、炒飯・餃子の方が支那そばより美味しいと思ってしまいました。
人気店らしく、オペも良い。提供タイミングは早く抜群だった。行列がたくさんでめ安心して待てる。店内も広くて客層もよく、長居するような雰囲気を感じなかった。次回は炒飯を軸に、一品料理でまとめたいと思いました。
