山梨県甲府市にて1964年創業
支那そばを全国で初めて復元した発祥の店 |
2024年初訪問。
山梨へ登山に行ったら食べるって決めてる町中華??のお店の支那そば。
GWと言うこともあり、めちゃくちゃ混雑していることを想定して登山計画をし、オープンの11:30くらいに到着したら待ちは4組ほど。
しかしお店の駐車場はいっぱいだったので、周辺のパーキングへ。
15分くらいで呼ばれてテーブル席へ。
とりあえず連れと共々空腹だったので
『支那そば』(900円)を注文し、
併せて、『炒飯』と『餃子』も注文✨️
ほどなく到着。
どのメニューも非常にボリューミー。
支那そばはシンプルな見た目ながらも、
運動後の塩分を欲している体に染み渡ります。
ちぢれ麺は、スープと絡まり箸が進みます。
それと支那そばとは思えないほど、巨大で肉厚なチャーシュー。インパクト抜群。
支那そばと共に頼んだ、餃子と炒飯もめちゃくちゃ美味しかったですけど、やはりどれもボリューミーで、半炒飯みたいなものはないので、大人2人で食べ進めても満腹過ぎました✨️
