山梨県甲府市にて1964年創業
支那そばを全国で初めて復元した発祥の店 |
嫁の実家近くにあり、久しぶりの帰省ついでに立ち寄った。8組位待ちがあったが、箱が広いので10分強で着席。嫁と支那そば×2と餃子×1をシェアの為オーダー。程なく着丼。
支那そば:スープは癖がなくあっさり。麺は縮れ麺がスープとよく絡みうまい。大盛りは量が多過ぎた記憶だが、普通盛りだと少し物足りない。中盛りでもあればよいと思う。チャーシューは普通の店の2-3倍の厚みがあり、満足。隣の客が注文したチャーシュー麺はこれが5枚乗っている。
餃子:5個で550円と安くはないが、大きくて餡が詰まっておりニラが効いていて旨い。
あっさりとしたラーメンを食べたい時は、最適と思う。
