友人宅の行きつけという鮨屋に潜入しました。店まではタクシーで向かいます。人気店の様で予約必須だそうです。ボトル持ち込みOKだという事で地元山梨のワインを持って行きました。
まずはルービーを頼んでつまみをオーダーしました。というか、友人オススメコースです。ゴージャスな刺し盛りが素晴らしかったです。赤貝は身がプリプリで、ウニも風味が抜群です。イカも歯ごたえと甘みがあり、マグロも旨いですね。
いくつかつまみを頂き、握りに移ります。刺身でも食べましたが、イカを握りでも。車海老、トロ、アナゴを頂き、最後に巻物3種です。旨過ぎて、アナゴや巻物3種はリピートです。リピートでは飽き足らず、おみやまで巻物を頼み帰りました。
立地はさておき、レベルの高い魚達でした。飲み物はビールと何種類かこだわりの日本酒がありました。コスパはまあまあです。都内で食べたら2万弱すると思います。
