昔、甲府の居酒屋で食べて以来、お気に入りの鳥モツ。
酒にピッタリの濃いめの味。
久々の山梨。
昼に食べれる鳥モツを提供している有名店。
このワンチャンを逃さずに訪問。
昼前ですんなり窓際の小上がりに着座。
メニューは悩むところも、食べたかった鳥モツに温かい蕎麦のセットをオーダー
定食と言う事で当然ご飯がつくが、
正直なところ鳥モツはビールにあう。
少しご飯には微妙と感じた。
しかし本場での鳥モツは充分満足。
次回は夜に伺いたいところ。
