蕎麦は角がしっかりたち歯応え充分
甘めのつゆに良く合う
〆の蕎麦湯はサラサラ系
付け合わせのよくある冷奴と思っていたのが湯豆腐ポン酢だったのが寒い季節柄一番嬉しい
