武田神社に行ったついでに、遅めの昼飯に寄った。
馬肉は経験なくて、予算的な関係で選んだ「馬モツ煮定食」。
匂いはカレーなんだけど味は普通のモツ煮。
それにご飯の漬け物と言う、超シンプルな内容。
モツは、味つけのせいなのか、他の、牛や豚のモツも余り変わらなく感じた。
どちらか言うと牛に近いのかな。
ただ、煮込み方が足りなく、居酒屋とかで出される煮込みよりは固い歯ごたえ。
まぁ、そう言う煮込みが好きな人は良いんだろうけどね。
