A quick drive trip from Yamanashi to Nagano. Came here on the night of my stay in Kofu. Tokyo has already returned to normal, but Kofu is still affected by the coronavirus, so there aren't many shops open. I came to Kai from Edo because of the store's name, but I wonder why it's in Edo's Ginza, but I can't help but wonder why the others aren't open. But when I went in, I was able to enjoy everything from Houtou to wild boar pork, Koshu wine, and Yamanashi delicacies. I ate the boar pork Houtou, and the miso flavor of Houtou was delicious, but the boar pork was very delicious. The wine was also delicious. Oishinbo was not wrong lol
