麺のかたさ、つゆの濃さが選べるのがいいですね
この日は盆休み前の為か、時間が遅かったからか天ぷら売り切れの文字(涙）
肉天はあきらめて、シンプルに肉うどんを注文です。
麺は柔らかめ、つゆは濃いめでいただきました。
柔らかめと言ってもしっかりこしはあります。
食べ応え十分。でも食べやすいですｗｗ
この肉とキャベツがたまらなくうどんに合うんですよねえ
