物心ついた時から大好きなさんぷくのつけそばと餃子
巷によくあるコッテリどろどろ系のスープのつけ麺ではなく、醤油ベースのさっぱり酸味甘味を感じるこのスープが大好き！
細切りのメンマと焼豚も美味しいし、多めに入った白ネギも最高に合う。
途中からホロホロと溶けていく海苔が麺に絡んでくるのも良い。
最後はスープ割で飲めちゃう〜
餃子は小ぶり、パリパリに焼かれた皮、
つけそばの合間に食べるとこれがまた合うのだ！
