甲斐善光寺に参拝した後でお邪魔しました。門前にあるこちらのお店、人気店のようでほぼ満席状態。靴を脱いで正面のカウンターで肉うどん@680を注文し、15分ほどで着丼。
甘辛煮の豚肉と茹でたキャベツ、甘めのスープに噛みごたえのある麺、まさに吉田うどん。のど越しとは対極のゴワゴワの麺を一所懸命に噛み砕きながら、完食完飲。しかし、やはりうどんはのど越しの良いものが好みなのだと再認識しました。
