少しだけ待つが、大きめなテーブルに通され相席となる。苦手な座敷も有る。
注文は、テーブルに有るメモに書き入口のカウンターに。お水もセルフサービス。
残念な事にこの日、塩味は無。鯛塩食べたかったな。

麺がとにかく太くコシが有るもちもち麺。スープは、出汁が効いている。薄切りの豚肉は、とても柔らかく味付けも素晴らしい。そして何故かキャベツが入っている。
温かいかけうどんの玉子は生卵で 天ぷらはかき揚げでみそ味。
冷やしの麺はかなりかためで煮干し醤油味。
コスパは、とても良く良心的。その為、食べ終わった食器も自分達でカウンターに下げる。
