お蕎麦以外のメニューもいいね
山梨でお蕎麦を食べるときには、
よくここのお店に行っています。
比較的老舗のお店ながら、
決して古びておらず、新しさも感じられる、
バランスがよいお店だなって思っています。
今回はあったかいつゆのお蕎麦を注文。
このあったかいつゆの中には、
どかん！としたサイズの豚肉が入っています。
脂身がとろとろになったチャーシューのような感じなので、
これ自体を美味しくいただくことができます。
蕎麦をずずっとすすりながら、
少し濃い味が欲しくなれば豚肉にかぶりつく。
みたいな感じで、最後まで美味しく食べ進めることができます。
しかも、豚肉も複数枚はいっているので、
お腹はぱんぱんになりますw
また、山梨名物のメニューも多いので、
山梨ワインと一緒に楽しむのも良かったです。

山梨のお蕎麦屋さんの中でも、
個人的に特に大好きな初花さん。
初花さんは山梨の老舗お蕎麦屋さんですが、
老若男女に愛されているお店さんです。
何よりスタッフさんのウェルカムな感じがとてもあって、
行くたんびにほっこりしちゃうんですよねw
で、この日は山梨の久々の雪。
寒いだけでなくて、風もがんがんなので、
身体の芯の芯から凍えまくっていました。
なので、ちょっと邪道かな？？なんて思いつつ、
チーズカレー蕎麦を注文しました。
いやはや、これは大正解でした！
お蕎麦の出汁がしっかり効いたカレーに、
濃厚なチーズがよく絡みます。
チーズメインだとくどくなりそうですが、
あくまでも出汁が効いたカレーが美味しいです。
このようなちょこっとしたメイン所じゃないお蕎麦も
美味しいのは、どうしても足が向かってしまいますねw
