蕎麦前と鳥もつ蕎麦で甲州昼呑み
散歩から昼呑みで久しぶりの初花さん。
そのつもりもなかったのでほぼオープンと同時に前を通るのも運命か？
山梨の地酒「太冠」の熱燗に牡蠣のオイル漬け、豚の角煮で蕎麦前。
正月休みに入り堂々と昼酒。
熱燗に冷たい牡蠣のオイル漬けに入った舞茸がなかなか合うので酒が進む。
角煮はカラシではなく山葵が薬味。
蕎麦屋らしくて面白い。
今日の酒は二合までで〆は「鳥もつ蕎麦」を頂きます。
鳥もつそばは、いつもは奥藤での私の定番でしたが、初花では初めての挑戦です。
奥藤の鳥もつそばはもつを煮詰めたタイプなのに対して、初花は煮詰めないタイプでもつも柔らかい。
たっぷり七味を振った汁に後半はおろし生姜で味変で完食しました。

今日はカウンターの端で昼呑み。
半はつ花煮(とりもつ)とまぐろの山かけに太冠の熱燗を頂きます。
とりもつはいい照りです。
キンカンが入ると更に嬉しい。
半でと初心者はふたりでちょうどのボリュームのある量です。
山かけはまぐろ民である山梨県民のソウルフードか？
〆にもりそば。
爽やかなかえし、しっかり冷水で締めた歯ごたえも喉ごしもいい蕎麦。
これで600円はかなりのお値打ちだ。
