I visited for the first time on Thursday, July 16, 2020, just before 5pm. The lights were on and the curtains were out, but there were no other customers in sight, and there were signs at the entrance: [b:“Opening hours from 16:00”] and [b:“Opening hours from 17:00”]. There were two kinds of posters pasted side by side, and I wondered if I had entered the store...I waited a little over 10 minutes and wondered if I had entered the store at 5 p.m. (´Д`)Ugh (*: Young female staff member) (When I asked about it, I was told that the correct answer was that it would be open from 4 p.m.!) I couldn't wait, so I checked to see if it was OK to enter the store, washed my hands in the restroom, and then took a seat at the end of the counter. The counter has been partitioned and thinned out to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, giving us a sense of security. In addition, small plates, salt, and small trays for each customer are served with the menu, so it's even safer. ♪ First, I order horse meat yukhoe and bottled beer from the menu that will be immediately available, and check the grilled food menu before serving. I waited. The shove and beer came first. Today's pick is edamame, which is typical of early summer. The horsemeat yukhoe was served right away as per the menu and was delicious, but perhaps because it was made in advance, the horsemeat was fine, but the surface of the egg yolk was dry, which bothered me a bit. [b:(Mutter from an old man who would like to see an improvement in which they add a little extra effort and only add the egg yolk after receiving the order. (+o+)] I received the salt, skin, and heart, but they were baked to a fragrant aroma. The marinated meat was carefully prepared and had a good texture and was easy to eat.The sauce had a deep, rich flavor, and we had meatballs, yakitori, and liver, and it was a seasoning that went well with both alcohol and rice. ...It might be recommended for women and children too!? Unfortunately, I was full at this stage and couldn't try the seasoned fried chicken wings, bariteba, kamameshi, etc., so I would like to visit again on a sunny day during the next rainy season. Young It's rare to have a female staff member in charge of the grill! Am I the only one who thinks Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) grilled by a girl is twice as delicious as the yakitori prepared by an old man? (lol) It's a chain restaurant, but it's delicious and reasonably priced, so I recommend it. I visited again on July 30, 2020 (Thursday) at the same time they opened at 16:00. After washing my hands in the restroom, I took a seat at the far end of the counter and tried the Baliteba and Tatsuta-Cow tongue tongue that I was too full to try last time. We had a meal centered around .I didn't notice it last time, but...this restaurant was actually [b:"charcoal grill"].I was surprised because I thought it was gas or electric (゚Д゚;) As expected, a young girl was in charge of the grilling area today as well, and it was hot and I thought it was Taihen, so the taste was even better.By the way, the bariteba was cooked well and had no problem with the meat falling off the bone.It had a rich sauce flavor. The beer goes well with the chicken oil.The Cow tongue tongue Tatsuta-age was crispy and fragrant, and had an unusual texture, but I haven't seen it anywhere else, so it might be recommended!? It's been a long time since I've had a blue sky and it's hot, so I thought I'd drink some delicious beer. It was a blissful moment (◍>◡<◍).✧♡
