Business trip... Personally, I'm motivated by the romance of what kind of gourmet food I can encounter. I have a regular customer in Nirasaki, so I have quite a few opportunities to go to Kofu, but this time I'm exploring new places in the direction of the Southern Alps. Houtou and chicken offal are famous, but I prefer restaurants that are loved by locals and serve large portions rather than Local Cuisine. Gori Cafeterias, which I had been checking out, opens at 11:30, so this time I went to Kouraku, which opens at 11:00 and is on the way to my destination. Looking at the posts on Tabelog, the vegetable tower of Mouyan Ramen and the large portion of curry are eye-catching, but since it will affect my work in the afternoon and it's a carbohydrate anyway, I don't have a choice, so I went with the loin cutlet or Hamburg, which are only available at lunchtime. Being a child myself, I chose Hamburg. My partner ordered the loin Pork Cutlet, which also looked pretty good. And Hamburg. There were two small pieces, and it was clear that Hamburg was handmade, juicy and meaty. The sauce was homemade, so it was sweet with a slight spiciness. This was a very satisfying lunch for 600 yen including tax. The handwritten menu listed Fujizakura Pork for 2,300 yen, and my partner said it was thick, so if we can get some business from this customer, we'd love to have it.
