PR for restaurants |
We can do this because we purchase the entire Koshu beef cow! We want to deliver the best innards and meat ever from Yamanashi Prefecture.
We buy an entire Koshu beef cow, carefully prepare it, and prepare fresh offal with no odor. We also offer Yamanashi's specialty horse sashimi, Koshu Fujizakura pork, and standard kalbi and loin. ◆Chi |
Is there a restaurant in Yamanashi where you can enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in a private Japanese-style room? I don't hear much about it, but this restaurant has a limited number of rooms, and we were able to enjoy our meal at our leisure. We ordered 5 kinds of Koshu beef, assorted namul, vegetable soup, tomato juice, black oolong tea (not in the photo), and my wife had a dessert of almond tofu with ice cream. Also, there was a coupon for horumon on Tabelog, so we ordered that. We started with the 5 kinds of Koshu beef, and enjoyed the red meat, its deliciousness, and its tenderness, and we thought it was a hit right away. Other dishes, such as Kamenoko and Tomosankaku, gradually became more fatty, but still had the flavor of meat, and we were able to enjoy the shoulder loin and ribs to the end without feeling heavy on the stomach. We also enjoyed the assorted namul and vegetable soup, which were good accompaniments to the meat. However, I think Koshu beef is the best. Many Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants around here sell Matsusaka beef, but I don't know how delicious Matsusaka beef is when eaten in its original location, so I'll just say that I think the quality of Koshu beef and the fat are in no way inferior to nationally-known brand beef. I'd like to make a reservation and visit again. Thank you for the meal♪
