I really want to eat kushikatsu! (*゚∀゚*) It was past 9pm when I left the office. . Kushitatsu and Shuyama were called, but they couldn't make it in time. . I felt like I had no choice but to stay here (*´ー`*) (゚ω゚) It's a Monte Rosa chain store located in the center of Kofu, below Kokori. I wonder if I ever came here when it was just opened. . Second visit. ◼️The store has a counter, two tables, and a bunch of round chairs and desks. It has a kind of food stall feel to it. ◼️As for how crowded it is, around 9:30pm on Friday. It's quite crowded! Almost full upper body. Even though the pizza shop next to it was empty... ◼️The person at the store is a part-time worker. I wonder if it's because it's so crowded that operations aren't keeping up. I didn't even have time to clean up. . Is it an aftereffect of the lack of manpower? . That's what I was thinking, and they were talking inside ( ̄∀ ̄) I thought you should clean up quickly (lol) ◼️There are many other things on the menu besides Fried Skewers. It seems like there are a lot of Osaka-style things. Well, here's what I ate. ●This is my first time using Black Hoppy. So record it. Add a little swish to the shochu mixed with water. It's a bit like beer. At first there was a lot of shochu, but the more hoppy I added, the more beer-like it became. . I like this. ●Sauce It's smooth and sweet, but not as sweet as tonkatsu sauce, with a hint of umami and saltiness. ●Cabbage It's just a regular cabbage. A quiet guy. Use it when adding sauce or adding sauce for the second time. ●Kushikatsu Red ginger, shishito pepper, shiitake mushroom, asparagus, lotus root, cherry tomato, pork fillet skewer, chicken cutlet, chicken fillet, beef skewer. It's crunchy, or rather, it's firm and skinny! That's a good way to fry it. The sauce goes well with it ♩ Red ginger was interesting. I feel like it's going to taste like this. The flavor of the red ginger mixes well with the oil. This is for drinking. The chicken fillet and pork fillet were also delicious (^o^) I guess it's like this. I was kind of busy, so I ate and drank all this and left the restaurant (*´-`) The bill was just over 2,000 yen, so I was surprised at how cheap it was (°▽°)
