本日はランチパスポートを拝見してこちらのお店に初訪問しました。
席はフローリングに腰をおろしテーブルを囲んでみんなで焼きそばを作るというスタイルですが背もたれのある椅子があったり工夫が見られました。
子供のためにおもちゃや容器なども完備されているのが嬉しいです。
注文したのは
南部だし焼きそば1.5玉&友好堂オリジナルかはあげ2個&ピコティー
880円がランチパスポート使用で540円
ミルフィーユ風明石焼き

焼きそば屋さんだなと思って特に期待していなかったというのが正直なところですが一口食べてこれは美味しいというのが感想でした。
ソースがかかっている感じではなく油で食べている感じでしょうか？表現が下手で申し訳ないですが焼きそばの概念が変わるくらい美味いです。
ソースで蒸したり胸焼けしたりっていう経験もありましたがこれならいくらでも食べられそうです。
ミルフィーユ風明石焼きも絶妙なトロトロ加減にタコが散りばめられておりこちらも絶妙。
しかし残念ながら店内には我々しかいませんでした。
焼きそば屋さんということで積極的に入ってみる人は少ないかもしれませんが食べてみたら考えが変わるかもしれませんよ。
