I came to Yamanashi for a casual visit, and found a nice cold spring, so I stayed here for one night! Parked the car at Coinpa and slept in the car. Even if you park until 8am, it's only 300 yen (lol).The place we came to was Kofu. I wandered around the city at night, but surprisingly there were a lot of shops that weren't open on the weekends, so I stumbled upon this shop. Is it Local Cuisine restaurant? Luckily, there was another customer, so I entered the store right away. For now, as a reward for my dry throat, I gulped down a draft beer (lol).For my snacks, I chose hiyayakko, chicken motsu, dashimaki egg, and pork mille-feuille cheese. Since I'm in Yamanashi, my next choice is red wine! After all, I have to drink domestic wine in Yamanashi.There is a lot of wine in the refrigerator in front of me. For now, start with an affordable red wine. Is there something wrapped around the outside of the pork mille-feuille? Is it pork with cheese and perilla inside the crispy fried meat? It's definitely a combination, but the difference in texture is quite delicious. Honestly, the grated chicken meat was a little too sweet, but when I sprinkled it with Japanese pepper, the flavor subsided and was delicious. As I drank my second glass of wine, I thought about what to do next, but I decided to finish it off with Kofu and another ladder sake! Sometimes it's good to have Japanese Japanese-style meal with wine. Thank you for the meal.
