地元民から美味しいと聞いて訪問したのがこちらのお店。
駐車場がお店の前と裏にもあり、裏の駐車場は黄色いコーンが立っていない場所が白虎の駐車場の様です。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席。
発券機の上にラーメンの写真と値段等が書いてある表がありますのでそれを見ながら悩む。
山梨最強極太麺というキャッチフレーズに憧れて早速購入。
黒つけ麺880円
茹で時間が11分かかることをお姉様に告げられます。
海苔の上に魚粉が載ったスープは確かに黒系。
豚骨醤油に魚介系という一時期スタンダードだったあの味わい。
少し甘めのスープなので、お好みで一味を入れて味変を。
スープにはメンマと短冊切りのチャーシューが沈んでおりました。
麺は確かに太麺で加水率高めのモチモチ。
濃いめのスープにはちょうど良い絡み具合。
東京や大阪でよく食べた感じで、むしろ懐かしい様相でした。
