煮干しラーメン870円。ストレート中細麺、スープは鶏ガラベース、煮干し風味、甘味と旨味のある美味しいスープ。煮干しは苦味がでるほどのものでなく、あくまで旨味を抽出しているもの。
チャーシューは2種あり、バラかレアか選ぶことができる。
トッピングはチャーシューの他、辛みのある玉葱と青葱、メンマ、岩のり。スープとの相性は麺も岩海苔も良く合う。
辛いりこをスープに投入するのも良いかと思う。
