久しぶりの甲府の中心の夜。
この辺りではあまり見かけない和食屋さんの佇まいに引かれて入ってみました。
カウンター席のみのこじんまりしたお店で
メニューはない。
とりあえず生ビールで喉を潤す。
料理はおまかせで3000円くらいから出来るとの事でおまかせしました。
お料理は4品でどれも綺麗で美味しい。
1品目はほたるいかと若芽を酢味噌で頂く。
盛り付けも味もいい。
お造りは平貝で巻いた雲丹が美味しい。
2杯目は日本酒で今日のラインナップをカウンターに並べて頂き品定め。
今日は山梨の春鴬囀の八神峰、三重の而今の特別純米を頂きました。
旨い和食に旨い酒をリーズナブルに愉しめるいいお店でした。
