オープンしてまもなくに行って以来の訪問。
この日は土曜日だったので、ランチコース(￥1450～)でした。
パスタは5種類くらいから選べました。
メインコースはお肉かお魚かの2種類。
●前菜盛り合わせ
ビーツを使ったサラダ
自家製パンにサーモンのリエット
イタリアンオムレツ
サラミにザワークラウトみたいなもの
わたし的にはサーモンのリエットおいしかった(*´ω`*)
ビーツ使ったお料理は、お皿が一気に華やかになりますよね。
●信玄鶏の白ワイン煮
唐揚げサイズ(？)の鶏肉が3切れに、人参 玉ねぎ かぼちゃ 春菊が一緒に。
にんにくはきつくなく、白ワインがたっぷり香りつつ、あっさりとした煮汁でした。
●デザート
パンナコッタとチョコレートケーキ
パンナコッタは柔らかく、微かにもっちりした食感でした。私には甘すぎたかな(>_<;)
チョコレートケーキはくるみが入ってました。
あまりしっとり感がないので、クリームと一緒に食べた方が美味しいかも。
驚くような美味しさはありませんでしたが、デザートとしてはちょうど良いボリュームでした。
ドリンクはホットティーにしました。
ハーブティーはプラス￥100のようです。
全体的に、印象に残ったものはなかったかな。。というのが、個人的な感想でした(∗•ω•∗)
