娘のピアノの発表会が終わった後に、私たち家族3人と義母の4人でディナータイムに訪れました。
念の為予約をしてお伺いしました。
その時にコースかアラカルトか訊かれますが、アラカルトでお願いしました。
注文した料理は、
■バーニャカウダ(980円)
■鴨のハムのバルサミコサラダ(880円)
■トリッパのトマト煮込み(750円)
■香川産ミミイカのシチリア風トマトソーススパゲッティ(1,380円)
■自家製グアンチャーレのアマトリチャーナ(1,380円)
■牛肉と根菜のペペロンチーノ(1,380円)
注文した飲み物は、

人手が足りていないようで、料理はおろか、飲み物が出てくるのにも時間がかかりました。
娘はかなりご立腹で宥めるのに大変でした(^^;
まー、あれだけ待たされれば大人でもキレそうになりますけどね。
「ジュースまだ？」って自分で訊きに行ってました(^^;
バーニャカウダは野菜が美味しかったです。
鴨のハムのバルサミコサラダは、シンプルなバルサミコが利いたサラダでした。
トリッパのトマト煮込みは、期待していた味と違いました。
黒みがかるぐらい煮込まれた濃厚なトリッパが好きな私たちには、あっさりし過ぎていました。
一番気に入ったのは、自分が注文した香川産ミミイカのシチリア風トマトソーススパゲッティでした。ソースに旨みが凝縮されていて辛みもありました。
因みに、注文したパスタはどれも子供には辛かったようで(アマトリチャーナですら)、待たされた上に食べるものがなくて、子供には可哀そうなことをしてしまいました。
自家製グアンチャーレのアマトリチャーナは主人が注文しました。味見してませんが、自家製のグアンチャーレがそうでもなかったとのことでした。
コース料理を注文していたら、もう少し配膳も早かったのかもしれませんが、時間のない人や子連れには夜のアラカルトはお勧めしません。。。(人手不足が改善されない限りは)
従業員を増やすつもりがないなら、アラカルトはやめてコース一本に絞るというのも一つの選択だと思いました。
