甲府で魚ははじめはどうなのかなあと思いましたが、YouTubeでも美味しいと取り上げられていたので予約して伺いました。
全部の魚を使った料理は新鮮でした。
また、しいたけや山芋といった野菜の料理も風味も良く美味しかったです。
大将も全体に目を配りながら、笑顔が素敵な方でした。
