先月博多に行ったのに博多の味が楽しめるとの噂を聞いて予約して行ってきました。
お店は多くの人で賑わっていますがカウンター席以外は狭く非常に食事がしにくい！博多の屋台の方がましです。
お勧めメニューを見ながら定番の味を注文。
おでん盛り合わせ12種類は具の端が硬く乾いていたり、牛すじやイイダコも硬くてボロボロで美味しくない。
決定的なのは出汁で個人的には好みではないのと後味が悪く美味しくありませんでした。
胡麻かんぱちは味付けが濃すぎで残念な感じがします。
茹でタンとろろは煮込まれて柔らかいのですがとろろは無くても良いかな？CPも悪い。
レア塩白レバーはごま塩味が良い感じでハツも付いてるのは良いですね。
狭い席で変な姿勢で食事し、沢山注文して置き場所が無く大変な食事でしたが奥に予約の表示なく空いてる席が最後まで埋まることはありませんでした。
更に注文しても提供されない物が伝票にあってしっかりと請求されたりサービスは低レベルですね。（これは提供されていません！と言って計算しなおしていただいたのはいうまでもありません。）
二度と行くことはないとは思いますがお店のお客に対する姿勢を考えさせられる食事でした。
