初めての訪問。
珍しく行列の少ないうえずに後ろ髪引かれながら12時過ぎ入店。
先客1組。
3種類あるランチメニューから食べてみたかった四川風麻婆豆腐定食をチョイス。850円。
四川風と謳っているだけあって辛い。でも旨い。
豆腐とひき肉がソリッドに味が立っている。
辣油とのコラボが見事。よく研究されたことが伺える逸品。
オンザライスにて食したが余りも不足なくジャストで完食した。量も綿密に設計したのだろう。
しばらくは汗が止まらなかった。
