This is my first time eating raw lamb in Ebisu. Lamb tongue and beef senmai sashimi are sold out. Seared lamb with salt 900 yen Topped with ginger and all-purpose green onions, this is an edible dish with no smell. Ginger is delicious... Kimchi 430 yen It's not "KIMUCHI", it's "KIMCHI". Delicious kimchi for Japanese people. I ordered shoulder 780 yen, loin 980 yen, thigh 880 yen, and lamb heart 680 yen. The loin was the least lamb-like dish I could eat. Even though all of the meat seems to be low in fat, there is a lot of fat coming out. Paper apron required. The odor of the oil, which can be called the sheep's grudge, will stick to your clothes and hair, so be prepared for this when eating it.
