I thought it wouldn't be crowded because it was hotpot in the summer, it was a new restaurant, and they didn't advertise much, but I was told that they were fully booked and only the counter was open. (^^;) Wow, I was licking this. . Well, I thought it would be good to just get in at the counter, so there were 4 old men lined up at the counter (lol) ◼️The store is very stylish. It looks modern and has a bit of a Korean feel to it. ◼️The people in the shop are cool-looking guys and girls. Many of them are handsome and beautiful. It's nice and polite. ◼️Customer base: Many of them are cool, just like the staff. There are a lot of girls. However, there were not only young people but also old men. ◼️Menu: Dakkanmari and some Korean snacks. And some Sweets. ◼️Drink menu: There's a wide variety of drinks, and there's also a variety of Korean drinks. ◼️The cost was probably around 16,000 yen for 4 people to eat and drink. ◼️ Serving time: It was before it got crowded, so it came out right away ♪ ◼️ How to eat: The whole chicken came out in the pot. They will make the sauce for you if you ask ♪ ↓ Impressions ↓ ●Water kimchi and menma stir-fried in sesame oil A delicious snack with a slightly sour sesame oil flavor. ●Mountain potato kimchi Delicious kimchi that is easy to eat. The texture of the yam is also great. This can go on forever. ●Chinese cabbage kimchi A delicious kimchi with a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and spiciness. ●Young corn pickles Delicious and easy-to-eat sour pickles. ●Salted broccoli and rose seaweed Namul This tastes like sesame oil, salt, and seaweed, but it's even more delicious than I imagined. ●Dakkanmari soup At first, they only let me drink the slightly boiled soup. At first it's a bit diluted, but the chicken soup has a lot of flavor and is delicious! You can drink it deliciously without salty taste with just the umami flavor. If you drink it in the second half, it will be quite strong. ●Takkanmari - A delicious and mellow chicken soup.The chicken has various parts, each with a different texture, which is really fun, and the whole thing is soft and amazing (^.^) Not only does it have a lot of flavor from the chicken, but it also has potatoes in it. In the second half, the potatoes will melt a little and spread into the soup, and the taste will change rapidly. The sauce basically has a ponzu-like flavor, but you can change it to your liking by adding vertical mushrooms, mustard, chives, garlic chives, etc. ●Kangjangseu (Korean Cuisine of raw shrimp marinated in soy sauce). The sweet and spicy soy sauce soaked up the shrimp well. ▼Bloody Makgeolli Salt is painted on the glass like a salty dog. Easy-to-drink taste of tomato + makgeolli. Yes.
