この日は甲府で仕事。
せっかくなら吉田のうどんが食べたいけど、甲府はどちらかと言うとほうとうが有利なエリア。
しかも割と月曜定休にしている飲食店が多い。
そんな中今年の1月に新規オープンしたお店がうどんの佐助さん。
一応、看板には吉田うどんふ風とあったが、風ではなく、モロ吉田のうどん。
着いたのは12時30分ごろ。
先客5組9名となかなかの盛況ぶり。
甲府駅からは1.5〜2kmぐらい離れているかな。
車での来店がメインになるかと思われるエリアとしてはまずまずの客の入り。
注文したものは肉冷やしうどん。
これに温たまと半鶏めしを付けた。
◆ 肉冷やしうどん+温たま
うどんは冷やすために、冷麺なんかで使われる金属のボールで提供された。
肉は当然馬肉。牛や豚肉を冷やしで食べると、下手すれば油が浮くが、馬肉ではそんなこともなく、スッキリ美味しく食べられる。
後は茹でキャベツと焼き揚げ、ネギ。
スープは冷やしなのにみそ味が選択できた。
冷やしみそって珍しい。
当然麺は硬いうどん。
飛び抜けて硬いわけではないが、なかなかの硬さ。
全体的には温かい方が美味しいが、好奇心が勝ってしまい、冷やしみそにしたが、次にみそ味を食べるなら必ず温かい方にしよう。
このタイミングでの新規オープンはなかなか勇気のいることだと思うので、頑張ってほしい。
