土曜日の12:30に到着、初めての訪問です。
既にピークを過ぎていたためか、入店待ちはありませんでしたが、店内は８割程のお客さんで埋まっていました。
佐助スペシャルを麺１玉、温かい麺で注文
10分もかからず着丼、具は肉、キャベツ、味玉、わかめ、油揚げ、ねぎですが、それぞれが割増しになっていて、なかなか麺に辿り着けません。
麺のコシの強さで知られる吉田系と看板に掲げていますが、硬さもちょうどいい感じで、煮干の効いたスープも美味しかったです。
また行きます。ごちそうさまでした。
