今日は仕事で甲府へ
次の移動の途中にこちらうどんの佐助さんへ立ち寄りました
本当はもう一件の予定でしたが、店休日
なのでこちらです
初めての吉田うどん楽しみです
場所は多分車でないと来れない様なとこです
結構お客さん入ってます
店名の通りうどんがメインです
もつ煮、ラーメンなんかもありますが、
ここはうどんというこかで肉うどんにしました！プライスは580円！安っ！
少し待つと着丼！
天かすがあるので大量投入！
先ずはスープから煮干しが超効いてます！
続いてうどんを食します！
太っ‼️
でも何というか硬さはそこまででないです
思ったよりも硬くない
スープだんだんと馴染んで最初程の煮干し感がなくなってきました
肉入って牛肉で程よい感じですね
何となく想像していたのと違いますね
ゴワゴワ感でいくと武蔵野うどんの方が硬いですね
やっと食べれた満足感が大きい
今度また違う店で食べてみたいですね
