CONAは全国に50店舗程度展開し、30種類以上のピザを全て500円（税込550円）で提供するというお店。
山梨にも甲府駅南口に1店舗ある。甲府凄い。
暫く前にランチ営業の看板を見つけたので、訪問。しかし、ランチメニューにピザがない。あるのは、パンケーキやサンドウィッチ、バーガー類で1,500円前後。結構なお値段。500円のピザなら、２枚食べるつもりだったが、残念。
それではと、グリルチキンサンドウィッチ1,430円を注文する。サラダかコールスローを選べるのでサラダを。そして、ランチ時はドリンクがつくので、アイスコーヒーをお願いする。
入口は大きなガラス張りで、天井も高く、自然の光で明るい感じ。山梨ワインも頭上にズラリと並ぶ。入口近くは、斜向かいに座るような、2人用のソファー席が並ぶ。
厨房もホールも、若い女性3人の店員さんが、格好よく働いている。それなりの客入りなので、忙しそうだ。
ドリンクが来て、その後、白い皿に乗ってサンドウィッチ登場。ポテトフライとサラダも同居。サンドの包み紙も付く。
さっそく、ガブっと頬張る。アボカド、トマト、ベーコン、チキン。グリルされた香ばしさを感じるが、具だくさんなので、大口を開けても綺麗に食べるのは困難。
それにしても、都内ならまだしも、甲府で1,430円は高いと感じる。それでも客入りはそこそこあり、人気なのだろう。ぜひランチメニューにピザを加えてほしい。
