JR甲府駅南口より歩く事数分、平和通り沿いビル1-2Fにあるお店「九十九 甲府店」。
4月上旬の山梨旅行時の夜に訪れました。
店内はお2階も有り、全150席の広さ。私は1階カウンター席へと案内されました。
注文は卓上のQRコードを読み込ませて行います。
この日は山梨郷土料理づくしでいってみよう！と
「青い富士山ビール」(1300円)
「甲州鳥もつ煮」(680円)
「馬紅白盛り合わせ」(2280円)
「帆立貝の甲州煮」(780円)
を注文しました。
「甲州鳥もつ煮」は飴状のタレで艶々と良い照りしてます (#^.^#) ｳﾏｿｰ
早速一口パクリ。んー、こってり甘辛で旨い！(^^)～♪
「馬紅白盛り合わせ」は赤身とたてがみの2種類の馬刺し、ニンニクと生姜でいただきます。
しっとりとした食感の赤身の旨味、コリコリッとしたたてがみの甘味がたまりません～
ビールがあっという馬、じゃなかった、いう間に空いて、続いてドリンクは
「生ワインブルー(ボトル)」(3500円)
をオーダーです。
その名の通り色としては赤でも白でもロゼでもない青色をしたワイン。
その正体は国産白ぶどうナイヤガラと甲州ぶどうを合わせた白ワインとの事です。
「生」らしくスイングストップ式のキャップが珍しくて良いですね。
お味は甘口でフルーティーなワインでした。
煮汁が良く染み込んでお酒にピッタリな「帆立貝の甲州煮」をいただきながら
ワインが程なく空いて、この日はお勘定しました。
