シルバーウィーク山梨県紀行第二弾。
スパランドホテル内藤内にあります、居酒屋さん北海屋さんに行ってきました。
演劇を見た後にワイン風呂とか巨峰風呂とか山梨県感MAXのお風呂を堪能して
いい感じになっているところでクイッと一杯行きたくなります。
店内に入って奥の小上がりテーブル席に通されます。
山梨県らしく富士山麓ハイボールで乾杯した後
枝豆にぼんじり5本。
刺身三点盛り、豆腐ステーキ、茄子の一本漬、揚げ出汁豆腐
かま焼きを注文します。
お刺身はマグロ、イカに、カンパチです。
さすが以前よりマグロ消費量日本上位にランクインしているあ山梨県。
マグロの鮮度がすごいといいますか、めっちゃ脂のって超旨い。
豆腐ステーキも、味付け最高。
とろっとした食感と、カリッとした焼けた表面がたまらん旨さ。
ガーリックも効いて美味しいですね。
焼き鳥のぼんじりもぷっりっぷりで美味しいし
かま焼きもボリューム満点でしかも安い。
とっても素敵な海鮮料理をいただけて大満足です。
温泉も楽しいし素敵なお店ですね。
