山梨では珍しい喜多方ラーメンをメインにしたお店。
喜多方ラーメンといえば、福島県喜多方市のご当地ラーメン。
味は醤油や塩が多いようですが、多加水の太麺を使用しています
癖になりそうなラーメンと居心地の良さが魅力的ですね～(*´▽｀*)
注文から６分程で到着したねぎチャーシューメン。
チャーシューもネギも盛りがだいぶよさそうに見えます
他にはメンマ・ナルト・のりがトッピング。
ゴマがかかっているのが珍しいね～。
【スープ】
鶏がらベースのオーソドックスな醤油スープ。
塩加減も程よく、さらに調味油がプラスされて物足りなさがないですね。
ネギの辛味もちょっとプラス。
ゴマの風味も香りを良くしてくれています。
【麺】
縮れた平打ち太麺。
加水高めでかなりプリプリな食感。
口にいっぱい頬張りたくなりますが、ちょうどいい太さですね(^^♪
大盛は+250円ですが、十分納得できるボリューム☝
