12月上旬に放映されたYBSの「てててTV」の特集「2023山梨NEWラーメンTOP５」。
みしまさんが見事１位に選ばれていましたね
石和温泉の飲み屋街内にある小さな老舗食堂でウワサでは先代の店主から変わったそうな。
今年の９月30日にリニューアルオープンとなりました✨
現店主は関東のあるラーメンの名店で働いていた経歴があるようです。
こんな時間にこんなきれいなラーメンを食べていいのか？？！！というのが正直な感想。
深夜でもたらふくいただきました♪

注文から12分ほどで到着した淡麗煮干しソバ。
器に書かれたみしまの文字は褪せていて、レトロで味がありますね。
色合いがとても鮮やか✨
淡麗という名の通り、透き通ったスープ。
紫たまねぎと岩のりの付け合わせ。
麺もきれいに畳んでますね。
チャーシューはデフォルトで２種２枚とお得さを感じます(*‘∀‘)
【スープ】
表面には分厚い油の層が出来上がっています。
煮干はバチっと、クドくなる１歩手前ぐらいに効いてますね。
動物系出汁ももしかしたら入ってそうだけど、とにかく煮干しなどの魚介の旨味（ちょい苦味も）がグッとくる。
それでも後味が残らず、ついついすすりたくなるのが不思議(‘Д’)
紫玉ねぎがホロっとした苦味があり、口の中をリセット。
岩のりも良い味変となっています✋
【麺】
中太ストレート麺。
整った麺線を崩すのももったいなさもある。
パッツンとして歯切れのいいタイプですね。
啜るたびに口から鼻へ煮干しの風味が抜けていくのがたまりません
