春には～お花見スポットとして賑わい冬には～イルミネーションの点灯する～石和温泉のさくら温泉通り近くの石和温泉の温泉・旅館街の湯けむり通り沿いに50年以上大衆の舌を満足させてきた食堂の「みしま」の店舗を利用して屋号も「みしま」で営業再開したラーメンメインの食堂＆呑み屋さんです～☆
再開したお店～こちらの店主は神奈川の「中華蕎麦 時雨」で修業を積んだ方の様でラーメン期待できる感じですね～☆
石和温泉のみなもと旅館さん（みしまのお隣さん）に石和紅の缶バッチ買いに行った後に こちらのお店に突撃です～☆
懐かしくも 親しみのある個人店の食堂って言う安心感のある佇まいです～☆
暖簾をくぐって突撃です～☆ 結構混んでます～☆（ 長野県民で山梨県民じゃないので知りませんでしたが YBS（山梨放送）でこちらのお店取り上げられた様ですね～☆ ）
って事でたまたま空いていたカウンター端の玄関スグの席にINです～☆
目の前に酒瓶あるし～アルコール逝きたい気分ですが車なので断念。。。 メニューをちょい眺め ～ 淡麗煮干しソバ（ ９００円 ） と まぐろぶつ（ ６００円 ）をお願いしました～☆
感想
〇 ラーメンの丼に屋号と電話番号があるのも昭和ぽくて良いですね～☆ （ 中のラーメンは昭和では無く現代的ですけどね（笑） ）
〇 淡麗煮干しソバ ～ 煮干しのいやみが少ないですが～きっちり煮干しが主張して美味しい煮干しのスープに歯切れよくのど越しのいいストレート麺がよく合い美味しいですね～☆ あと～具材の紫玉ねぎに岩のりもアクセント＆風味で結構いい仕事してくれますね～☆
〇 まぐろぶつ ～ 中とろかな～？ 海なし県ですがまぐろ消費額全国２位は伊達ではなく～山梨県でまぐろは～変なものは出てきませんね～☆
