私は麺好き。
なので、それなりの評判が付いている店を知ると、ついつい訪れてしまいます。
ワイナリー巡りの旅3日目にこの店を訪れました。
友人は、ほっけ定食、私はほうとうを注文。
いやぁー、なかなかすごいです。
ほっけは肉厚薄い干からびた紙。
ほうとうは出汁がいりこ臭いのか、塩っぱいのか甘いのか、よくわからない味。
当然ながら汁は飲めません。
かろうじて麺をすすりますが（実際はすすれない…）、喉に入っていかない。
つまり、身体が抵抗しているのでしょう。
いたわるつもりでリタイア。
値段も結構高く、この店のどこが名店なのか、さっぱり理解できません。
つくづく思うに、山梨って美味しいものが全くないのね…。
