仕事でたまたま甲府にお邪魔した。
平日18:30ごろに同僚と訪問。
待ちなしで入店、
店内は我々と常連さんが2.3名
お昼の方が人気なのかな、、、？
ほうとう（¥1100-）をオーダー
15分程でサーブ。
お店のこだわりとしては
お肉を使わないけど、煮溶けたカボチャと味噌の濃厚なスープとの事。
確かにスープ、めちゃ美味しいです。
カボチャのエキスがいい感じのドロドロ系。
明らかにカラダに良さそう笑
入ってる野菜もどれも美味しい。
うん、お肉なくても全然良きですな。
山梨でほうとう食べて良かった！
って満足できるお店かと思います。
