鳥もつはさすがに美味しい。
期待していたほうとうは、残念な仕上がり。
明らかに味噌が足りておらず味噌の色をした白湯に近い味。
味噌味がしないからか、キノコ特有の臭みが目立ちさらにがっかり…
店員に言ってはみたのですが、なんの対処もなし。
ほうとうを作ったことない方が作ってももう少し良いものが出来ると思う…
味見はした方が良いと思います。
