一度 立ち寄りたいと 思っていた場所です
国の有形文化財に登録されている
江戸時代の土蔵を蘇らせた カフェ
その昔 清酒を造っていた名残が そのまま残るワイナリーだ
山梨は 造り酒屋が 少ないので 遠く空にそびえる煙突が 物悲しい・・・
カフェは 食事をするというよりは
ワインを楽しむための軽い感じで
ガッツリ食べたい人には向かない
ワイナリーを併設していて
試飲や ワインの工程を 案内してくれるので
自分好みのワインを探してみるのも いいのでは
