信玄館（しんげんやかた）
武田信玄公の菩提寺・恵林寺まで徒歩1分信玄公の陣中食として知られる名物“ほうとう”を中心に地元の食材を生かしたお料理を御用意いたしました。 |
山梨県甲州市塩山の恵林寺の横にあるドライブインで、自家製ほうとうなどの食事が食べられる団体客メインの食事処です。
今回はバスの団体旅行で訪れて、団体用予約限定メニューの三大和牛の松阪牛・米沢牛・近江牛を使った和食膳を食べました。
三大和牛の食べ比べという能書きは食欲をそそるメニューですが、お飾り程度のお肉が乗った小さな三段セイロ蒸しの料理と小さなすき焼き鍋が付いた料理でした。
