食べログ評価が意外に高いこちら。
ラーメンを頂きました。
具材はオーソドックスな
ナルト、メンマ、チャーシュー、ネギ
麺は自家製麺ですかね。
お店の入り口左側に製麺室がありました。
麺が特徴的なラーメンは
ガラスープベースの醤油味
チャーシューは昔ながらの煮込みチャーシュー
はとっても味が染み染み。
美味しいラーメンでした。

今日のお昼は現場の近くで。
お店の入り口には製麺所があり、
こちらの麺は自家製麺なので麺が美味しい。
ラーメンスープは少し薄めのガラスープで
麺はもちッとした細麺です。
酸味を少し足してちょうど良いかな。
