「週末においひぃ～ラーメンを食べよう♪紀行」…今回は山登りで山梨県塩山に遠征(汗!!)
お昼前の到着で駅に近い『平和園』さんで腹ごしらえ(^^)
お店の前に到着も開いている感じがない…扉の隙間から中を覗くと、奥さまと目があった(・・;)
「今、開けるねぇ～。」と、快く店内に迎えてくれて、見慣れぬ客(小生)と世間話f(^_^)
テーブル席に座って「チャーシューメン」&「もつ炒め」を注文♪
続々と地元のお客様がお越しになって、開店すぐに満席に…地元の方に愛されるお店であることがうかがえます(^.^)
ラーメンを待つ間にさくらんぼの提供＼(^^)／
お待ちかね「チャーシューメン」…まずはスープをひと口。
いやぁ～旨んまぁ～…見た目は、薄味のあっさり系なのに、しっかり味の入った鶏ガラスープの深い味わいでメッチャおいひぃ～("⌒∇⌒")
町中華のラーメンとは、一線を画すラーメンですね
入口に製麺機があり自家製麺のようです…少し平打ちのもちもち麺もイイ感じデス(^-^)
インパクトのあったのはチャーシュー…オーソドックスな味ですが、スープの味を邪魔すること無く、お肉の旨みをしっかり味わえてとっても旨し(≧▽≦)
まさに昭和にタイムスリップしたラーメンを満喫…また、食べたいラーメンです(⌒‐⌒)
