山歩きの後、ランチでとん作さんにお邪魔してみました。11:45到着で一番乗り、その後地元の方々が続々入店。電話予約も入っていました。
ロースかつ定食1,300円を注文。10分は待たずに提供されました。卓上のソースは中濃より少しさらっとしてます。肉は柔らかく衣はサクサク肉はジューシー。脂も適度に感じられ美味しい。
ただちょっと薄いかな。この値段ならもう少し厚みがあってもいいと思う。
