叔母さんが帰るので、送っていくとのを兼ねて、娘が転居したので、部屋を見に行った。
スタッドレスタイヤを履いているので、高速を使わずに国道を使った。
叔母さんに富士山を見せたくて、２０号線を使ったが、あいにく曇っていて富士山は見えなかった。
１１時３０分だったが中食にすることにして、道の駅のれるトランに入った。
中は広くて、趣があった。
他にお客はいなかった。
３人共、かき揚げ天ぷらそばを選んだ。
断って写真を撮っていると配膳された。
蕎麦の香りは普通にした。
表に蕎麦切り発祥の地と書いてあったので、期待したが・・・・・
かき揚げはカラット揚がっていて、野菜の鮮度が良くエビもプリプリした上質な物だった。
山梨県だったら、ほうとうも良かったが、ここには無い様だった。
麺のつゆがしょっぱかったのが、残念だった。
蕎麦は高血圧の予防に良い食べ物だということなので、塩分の仕様量にも気を使って欲しいものだと思う。
