寒い日が続く。
勝沼には、ほうとうの看板を掲げるお店が多い気がする。しかも、ほうとうのみのメニューのお店も。観光地だからかな？
久しぶりに、ほうとうを食べて温まろう。
お店は、静謐なお寺のようで、庭園も綺麗に掃き清められ、厳かな雰囲気。靴を脱いで、広い和室に上がる。座卓に座布団の席が8卓ほど、庭園に面した側にテーブル席が数卓ある。趣はあるのだが、昔の建物だからか、足元は冷える。
メニューは、かぼちゃか豚肉のほうとう。あとはセットのみ。肉ほうとう1,600円を注文。
観光シーズンは混雑するのだろうが、12月ともなれば、12時でもさすがに空いていた。
10分ほどでの到着は、ほうとうにしては早い。麺は、きしめんほどの太さと厚み。野太いのが好みの私には、少し物足りない。きのこと豚肉、かぼちゃ、にんじん、白菜、大きな油揚げ、が入っている。栄養バランス良く、温まる。
大根の漬物がつく。しかし、さすがにこれだけだと、腹を満たすのには足りないかな。ご馳走様でした。
