野菜ほうとうをいただきました。自分の中でほうとうはふにゃふにゃのイメージでしたが、想像していたよりもエッジがしっかりしていて、歯応えもそれなりにあり美味しかったです。オリジナルの辛味を入れると山椒の香りが加わり、楽しめます。
駅から少し歩きますが、歩く価値ほあったと思います。
